In 2022, Les Passees created a new stream-lined grant program serving select charities in Memphis to assist the mission of Les Passees which provides support for children and families in our community.  Each year in early May, we distribute application materials, conduct reviews over the summer, and announce new awardees at the end of the year.  Learn about our latest grant recipients here!

2026 Application Process

Les Passees, Inc. is pleased to accept Letters of Intent (LOIs) through its annual grant cycle, beginning May 1, 2026. The LOI is the first step in determining whether an organization is eligible to apply for a grant.

All LOIs must be submitted digitally by June 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST to grants@lpmemphis.org. Submissions must be in PDF format. Supporting documents are permitted and encouraged.
